Item shop
The item shop sells items for coins. You can buy on the website or inside the game, and everything you buy is delivered to the Item-Shop storage of your account.
Coins
Your coin balance is shown in the shop and on your account page. The price of an offer is taken from your balance at once when you confirm.
Buying on the website
- Open the shop and log in.
- Choose an offer and check the confirmation page: price, your balance and the balance after the purchase.
- Confirm.
Offers can show extra badges: a sale with the regular price struck through and when the sale ends, a limited offer date, and how long an item lasts if it has a time limit.
Buying in the game
Click the coin button at the bottom left of the taskbar. The shop opens in the game's web window, already signed in and in your game language. Buying works the same way as on the website. If the window says the link has expired, close it and click the coin again.
Collecting your items
Purchases wait in the Item-Shop storage of your account. Open it with any character of the account, for example with "Item Shop Storeroom" in the Quick menu, and take the items. If the storage is full, the rest waits for the next time you open it; nothing is lost.
Large amounts arrive in stacks of up to 200; items that cannot stack arrive one by one.
Purchase history
Your purchase history lists every order with its state: "In your Item-Shop storage", "Collected in the game" or "Partly collected". Times are in UTC.
Good to know
- Clicking Buy twice, or reloading the page, never charges twice.
- If the price changes between the confirmation page and your click (for example a sale ends), nothing is charged and you see the new price.
- Purchases cannot be cancelled on the website.
