Donating with Bitcoin

Donations to Aethernal2 are paid in Bitcoin, through our own payment server. As a thank-you, coins are added to your account for the Item shop. The full step-by-step guide, with beginner wallets and the common mistakes, is on the page How to donate with crypto.

In short

1. Open Donate on the website, or the Donate tab in the shop window in the game, and choose a donation.
2. Choose Bitcoin and confirm.
3. Scan the QR code with your Bitcoin wallet (or copy the address and the exact BTC amount) and send the payment within 30 minutes.
4. After one confirmation of the Bitcoin network, usually 10 to 30 minutes, the coins are added to your account automatically.

Watch out for

• Send exactly the amount on the invoice. You pay the network fee on top.
• Exchanges often take their withdrawal fee out of the amount: check the amount that will be received.
• Never pay an expired invoice; start a new donation instead.
• Send only bitcoin on the Bitcoin network.

Payments that are too low, too high or too late are checked by hand by the team. Write to the contact address on the How to donate with crypto page and include the transaction ID. Nobody from the team will ever ask for your recovery words.
